Why are the prism eyeshadows so expensive?
We apologize, but the pigments used for these shadows are extremely expensive. We tried to keep the cost down for these particular shadows and if you check other brands, ours are the lowest. The quality of these shadows are unmatched.

How long is processing for my order?
Our eyeshadows are handmade and are usually made to order, so we will ship your order 5-6 days after you place it, however, USPS is still experiencing issues due to COVID and you may receive items a bit later. Your order should never take longer than 6 days to ship. If there is an issue we will contact you or you can contact us @ info@makeupbykiwii.com

Refunds and Exchanges
We DO NOT under any circumstances allow returns of any of our items. Please note that we do not do refunds. If there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part ( i.e., wrong item, color sent) we will take care of it at no cost to you.
Can the Prism eyeshadows be cheaper?
